Housed in the large ‘glass’ open atrium space with stunning views, the spacious coffee shop  will generate custom from those working in the many businesses situated nearby as well as the large volume of shoppers projected to visit the centre on a daily basis.  On the riverside, the outside seating is guaranteed to attract customers for the views alone and adds even further valuable space to the occupier.
